The tips:

=# Answer phone calls with the left ear.

=# Don't take your medicine with cold water....

=# Don't eat heavy meals after 5pm.

=# Drink more water in the morning, less at night.

=# Best sleeping time is from 10pm to 4 am.

=# Don't lie down immediately after taking medicine or after meals.

A Delta Soap In My Hand: Brief Review.

My romance with 'all things Delta soap' started over thirteen (13) years ago, back in my secondary school days in a Christian boarding school. Being a young and having delicacies with skin related issues (I have a soft and gentelle skin) , using regular 'toilet soap' was a taboo. And trust every  mother (mine being a strict and meticulous one), there baby boy must be looked after in the best possible way and manner.

Before my encounter with Delta soap, I used a handful of medicated and antiseptic soaps at the time, but at each try with the particular products come the same experience and wanton dissatisfaction. My skin kept up the struggle within. All that stopped immediately i was introduced to Delta soap by a Nurse friend of my mum. My skin encountered a change- what it so deserves.

Why Delta soap?

Manufactured by Orange Drugs Nigeria, Delta soap is medicated and antiseptic. It is a germ fighter on the skin.

Olamide: He's The Voice of The Streets.

My oh, My! Olamide is the shizzle! And did I just use that word? Sh*t! F**k it jooor, why should I care! Really, I shouldn't care, because that is what we call 'freedom of speech.'

However, a few years ago, no one would have thought that, after the unfortunately demise of the lyrical prodigy, Dagrin,  the Nigerian music scene would be held to ransom by another lyricist, something of a prototype to the late 'Akogun-Dagrin' himself. This man is Olamide! He busted into common knowledge, although relatively known, about the time Dagrin was 'murdering' every beat that came his way, and championing the rebellion in indigenous/original rap content. Yes, many played the rap game,  but none clung to it with extreme tepidity like the way the late rap maestro did. Respect to his hustle! So much so did Dagrin's life chained upon us; many even likened him to the late rap heavyweights- Tupac Amaru Shakur and Christopher Wallace (The Notorious B.I.G). Now, enough of that on Dagrin; this write  up is not about him, but about someone else who by his own words, and our confirmation, is the voice of the street. More likely, the voice of the people- Vox Populi.

Pros and Cons of Interest Free Credit Card : The Nigerian Dynamics.

THis is an adopted article. The title has been altered to suit the intention of this blog. It is not in anyway to discredit the original author, but to avoid a repeat of title on the web.

Guest post compiled by Ebipade Enienghan

Recently, I  talked about the interest free credit card issued by Standard Chartered Bank, Nigeria. I did mention that one can have a 50-day credit from the bank-in a credit card-and spend and fully repay such sumswithout any additional cost.  I also promised I was going to talk about what charges that apply if repayment was not made in full on payment date. Today, I have decided to share the info with you. You will also hear about the penalties for default or late payment on the credit card.

Why I feel Noodles will remain a part of our Diet for a long time.

Roll back to the 70s, 80s and even the early 90s, noodles were far off from the shores of most African countries (I do not imply the likes of macaronni or spaghetti; instant noodles is my contention here). Pardon my limited knowledge on this claim; I just might be wrong with my assertion. But come to think of it, what would family living today be if there were no such supplements/dietaries as noodles? Be it the Indomie noodle (the very first we know of and associate more with) and perhaps, the less fancied ones like the Dangote and Honeywell make-ups.

By close inference, those who seem to fancy a real quick fix to hunger solutions sure have a friend in noodles. The proxy with which to include noodles into their choice options is applaud able and so greeted with a loud welcome. "Man must whack so it seems", and Noodles make the eating process stress free and gracious to say the least.

Now, noodles are easy to prepare. Yes, the preparation process is quick, which makes for fast consumption in good time. For some, all you need do is just to add hot water to the composite, leave for say 5 mins or even less, then you have your meal handy. And yes, pay no attention to what some quarters proffer about noodles not being healthy; such persons or 'authority' most certainly lack substantive evidence or reasons as to why such claims can be held credible.

Noodles have fast become a staple among most people in Nigeria and by my guess, some African countries as well. The most known origin of noodles is evident among the Chinese. It is a main staple for them. If people are then to base the benefit or so to say of noodles on the traditional ones and not on the commonly known instant noodles, the meal can surely provide the same nutrition to the body just like rice and other cereals do. And of course, there are several ways to serve noodles. One of such is steam processing. They can also be boiled, stir-fired or enmeshed in soup.

Ford's Best-Selling SUV Gets a Complete Makeover

By , About.com Guide

Escape really is all-new for 2013. Since hitting the market in 2000, Escape has been through two generations and a refresh, most recently in 2009. The previous generation Escape was a traditional two box design, with a truckish look and a fairly upright windshield. It was masculine and tough-looking, tying in to the Explorer and F-Series aesthetic of the moment.
Ford's Best-Selling SUV Gets a Complete Makeover
Times have changed, and so has the target market for compact utility vehicles. Ford Marketing Manager Jason Sprawka told me that the target for Escape was a woman in her late 20s/early 30s named "Carrie." She will find the new Escape to be a stylish companion, fitting in with the latest crossover designs. Escape has a much more aerodynamic look than before, with a faster, more steeply raked windshield, a lower hood and a much more dynamic, athletic profile than before. Escape is closer to the teardrop shape of a Nissan MuranoMazda CX-5 or Kia Sportage than it is to the upright look of a Toyota RAV4 or the outgoing Escape.
A big trapezoidal grille opening sits at the center base of the front fascia, while a smaller opening above it houses the blue Ford oval and a single chrome crossbar. Big headlights wrap the front corners horizontally, leading back toward a slightly rising beltline that emphasizes forward motion. The roofline slants gently downward at the rear, again giving that sense of motion. Around back, a good-sized fixed glass rear window provides visibility, and prominent LED taillights wrap around the rear corners.

Looking at the Features of The Blackberry Z10.

As we all are aware, the multi-hype that greeted the birth of the Blackberry smartphone that is deemed by the pundits to challenge, and even unsit the iphones and Galaxy tabs has come and will leave us gradually (too early to say, you may muse). The mobile phone has been greeted with open arms by many; this leads us to take a close look at the phone itself, and inform the intending buyers, the characteristics the phone possess.

*** This article is not based on hands-on experience; it is a sequence of web commentaries and load-types of most website reviews. ***

Now, the BlackBerry Z10 is an all-touchscreen device sporting a 4.2-inch 1280x768 display and 365DPI making it a higher resolution display than the Apple iPhone 5.

It's BlackBerry's first 4G smartphone and will initially be available on 4G through EE who are currently the only network capable of supporting the superfast mobile data service.

Under the hood there's a 1.5GHz dual-core processor along with a very meaty 2GB of RAM which will no doubt have been put in to tackle the advanced multi-tasking and image-editing that has been included in BB10. Taking on the world of Google Wallet and the Android operating system, the Z10 also comes with NFC and Bluetooth 4.0.

There's an 8MP snapper on the back capable of recording 1080p and a 2MP camera on the front with 720p recording and for BBM Video calls. The Z10 comes with 16GB of storage along with a Micro SD slot which can be expanded up to 32GB.

BlackBerry has confirmed that it will be getting some big name apps to rivals Apple's iTunes store with Amazon Kindle, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter all heading to the new OS.
